Returns & Refunds Policy

At JOL Springs & Spares Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process in accordance with Irish and EU consumer law.

🔄 1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you purchased from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods — no questions asked.

To exercise this right:

You must notify us in writing (email or contact form) within the 14-day period.
You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.

📦 2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

Contact us at cian@jolsprings.ie with your order number.
We will then be in contact with you to organise the return.

Note: Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

🚚 3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for lost returns.

💰 4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
If you paid for standard delivery, this cost will also be refunded. However, any additional shipping upgrades (e.g., express delivery) are non-refundable.

⚠️ 5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Customised or special-order parts
Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer

🛠️ 6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover return costs in such cases.
