Returns & Refunds Policy

At JOL Springs & Spares Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process in accordance with Irish and EU consumer law.


🔄 1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you purchased from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods — no questions asked.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us in writing (email or contact form) within the 14-day period.

  • You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods to us.


📦 2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at cian@jolsprings.ie with your order number.

  2. We will then be in contact with you to organise the return.

Note: Items must be unused and in the original packaging.


🚚 3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for lost returns.


💰 4. Refunds

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

  • If you paid for standard delivery, this cost will also be refunded. However, any additional shipping upgrades (e.g., express delivery) are non-refundable.


⚠️ 5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customised or special-order parts

  • Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer


🛠️ 6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover return costs in such cases.
